The Royal Zoological Society of Antwerp Aquarium is part of Antwerp Zoo. It showcases the diversity of aquatic life in the world, through aquariums that represent both marine biotopes (cold and tropical waters) and freshwater biotopes (local and tropical).

The building dates from 1909 and is listed as a historical monument. Recently, a renovation has restored the hall to its historical grandeur, and at the same time installed not only a large live tropical reef aquarium, but also modernized all the technical facilities.
